Shipping

We provide FREE delivery to all Kelowna, West Kelowna & Lake Country addresses! Yes, FREE delivery to your doorstep for no charge! ( on orders over $35.00). On orders under $35.00 PICK UP is free.

Please be sure to double check the address you provide us during checkout. All shipping charges related to re-routing parcels are the responsibility of the customer. (This does not apply if Booty Boutique makes the error!)

We ship to Canadian destinations only. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days once payment is received. Depending on how close you are to Kelowna, BC your order may take up to 7 days to arrive once it is shipped.

Below are our shipping fees. All orders are shipped with insurance and a tracking code.

Shipping Insurance

Booty Boutique insures your order for the full amount. Please note: We do not reimburse for lost package or insurance claims until the claim is closed by Canada Post.

All parcels are shipped with instructions for signatures required. If you would like your parcel safe dropped, please advise us.

Local Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over $35.00 to customers in Kelowna, West Kelowna & Lake Country addresses. Once your order is received we will contact you to ensure you will be home during the delivery hours. Usual delivery hours are between 9:00am-12noon or 3:30pm-6:00pm. Select Local Delivery in the shopping cart. 

If your order is less than $35.00 you can still opt to PICK UP your order. Pick up occurs 3 days a week at Spall & Harvey.

Taxes

All orders are taxed according to the following provincial and federal taxation guidelines (effective July 1st, 2010)

BC: 5% GST on diapers, covers,inserts, liners and trainers. 12% HST on all other items.
AB, SK, MB,QC,PE,YT,NU,NT: 5% GST on all items
NF, NB: 13% HST on ALL items.
ON: 5% GST on diapers, covers, inserts, liners and trainers. 13% HST on all other items.
NS: 5% GST on diapers, covers, inserts, liners and trainers. 15% HST on all other items.

Special Order

Looking for a colour that we don't have in stock? Or maybe we have it in stock, but you are looking for a larger number than we show available. Please contact us and let us know what you are looking for. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days with whether or not we are able to bring the item in for you and what the timeline will be for it to arrive. Payment in full is required on all special orders.

Cancelling Orders

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly cancel your order. Cancelling an order prior to it being shipped is subject to a 5% restocking fee. If your order has already been shipped, there will be a 10% restocking fee.

Visit our consultation section to see how you can book a private cloth diaper consult or diaper party.  If you have a mommy group, parenting class  etc, located in the Okanagan, that is interested in seeing and learning more about cloth or eco-friendly diapers, please contact us to discuss the opportunity further. No group? That's okay too. Contact us and where possible we are more than happy to do a one on one in home consultation .

Return/Exchange Items

All returned items must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn and with all original packaging and instructions. Sale items can only be returned for store credit only.

All returns and exchanges must be approved by Booty Boutique. We will supply you with a  Return Authorization Number, which must be included in the returned package.  All items received without this number may be refused and sent back to the customer.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of when the customer has received items that did not match their order.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Referral Program

Our business relies on referrals. As a way to thank everyone who sends customers our way, we offer a 5% discount on your next purchase when your referral (friend, family member, colleage etc) makes a purchase with us.

Please note: You, or your referral, must advise us of the referral either BEFORE or at the time of purchase. Any referral notification received after the purchase has been made does not qualify for the 5% discount.

You will be issued a 5% discount code to be used on your next purchase. This code cannot be combined with any other discounts or special promotions.

Product Warranties

It is up to the manufacturer whether or not they will repair or replace a defective product. Many, if not all, of our manufacturers have excellent policies for dealing with a defective product. It is the customers responsibility to contact the manufacturer and to pay for any shipping charges that may apply.
